Jono specialises in Commercial and Dispute Resolution, advising on business structures, acquisitions, and corporate governance. He has extensive experience in insolvency, medico-legal issues, and debt recovery.

Recovery at Fletcher Building Ltd. Joshua leads a high-performing team at Fletcher Building, consistently achieving KPI targets and earning trust as subject matter experts in the credit space.
Nick Foster
Head of Solutions at Equifax
Nick brings over 20 years of experience in data and credit market experience with a focus on marrying customer problems to strong outcomes. With a strong grasp of economic drivers and how they manifest in the credit market along with relationships across finance, Government, banking, trade credit, telco and utility sectors Nick brings a unique lens and skill set to the NZCFI.

Richard is the Co-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer of Credisense, a lending operations platform helping financial institutions automate credit operations at scale. Richard brings decades of experience in business development & account management in the debt recovery & credit management space.
Cheryl O'Brien
Head of ANZ Payroll and Credit Management & Debt Recovery, Fletcher Building, New Zealand
Cheryl is a finance and credit professional with over 30 years of experience across New Zealand, Australia, and Europe. She is a Fellow and Graduate of Chartered Institute of Credit Management. Cheryl is also a member of NZPPA and AICM. Cheryl is passionate about creating high-performing, agile teams and enhancing business value through back-office transformation.

Miriana has over 20 years of banking experience, a passion for making life easier for business and a BBS in management and sales.
