Many business can fall into the trap of not understanding that a judgment in either the District or High Court is not a guarantee of payment. Creditors need to know the post judgment avenues available to them and in many cases, which is the right path to proceed down.
About our presenter:
Paul has experience across a broad range of commercial disputes built up over the past 20 years. He has a particular focus on insolvency, security enforcement, debt recovery and receivership matters, as well as construction, infrastructure, property-related disputes. Paul has worked with lenders, insolvency practitioners and secured creditors to enforce obligations against the various different types of legal entities.
