• Nick Pilavidis (CEO, Australian Institute of Credit Management – AICM): Nick brings over 20 years of hands-on credit experience from Australia and the UK, spanning technology, property management, and debt collection. A former AICM Australian Young Credit Professional of the Year, he is also Australia’s Independent Member on the Australia–New Zealand Electronic Invoicing Board (ANZEIB), contributing to advancing digital invoicing and improving payment practices across the region.
• Monika Lacey (Chief Operating Officer, Centrix): Monika has extensive experience in the credit risk sector and leads Centrix, New Zealand’s locally owned credit bureau, supporting Kiwis in making informed credit decisions. She is passionate about helping businesses understand their credit risks through adoption of robust strategy and utilising key data insights.
• Andrew Cooke (Government Innovation Manager, MBIE): Andrew has been a driving force behind the adoption and uptake of eInvoicing in New Zealand since 2020. He is passionate about promoting digital solutions to gain efficiencies in back-office processes, and will share its significant benefits for businesses in New Zealand.
